Job summary

ACC Recruiters seeks an Electrical Quality Control Manager to own QA/QC programs on complex electrical construction projects, including data center environments. You will partner with project management, engineering, field operations, customers, and subcontractors to ensure installations meet contract requirements and quality standards.

The role involves engineering documentation, testing, commissioning, and turnover with field presence on active sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in electrical construction or related MEP construction.
• 2+ years of QA/QC experience in construction or technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction practices and field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, shop drawings, and technical docs.
• Experience with NEC and QA/QC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project-specific quality control plans, processes, and logs.
• Oversee QA/QC activities across engineering, procurement, field installation, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
• Coordinate corrective actions with project and field personnel.
• Review drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals for quality requirements.
• Maintain electronic quality records and documentation.
