Job summary

Adams Electric Company seeks a Mission Critical QA/QC Superintendent to lead electrical QA/QC for large-scale data center projects, ensuring installations, testing, documentation, and turnover meet drawings, codes, manufacturer requirements, client standards, and company quality expectations.

This role collaborates with project leadership, field teams, GC, engineers, vendors, BIM/VDC, commissioning agents, and client representatives to ensure systems are ready for energization and integrated

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• OSHA 30 certification required; electrical license preferred.
• 7–10 years electrical construction experience with QA/QC responsibilities.
• Mission-critical data center experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical QA/QC program across data center projects.
• Inspect, test, document, and turnover electrical systems per specs.
• Coordinate with project team, engineers, and vendors.
• Manage nonconformance, punch lists, and QA/QC records.
• Ensure safety and compliance during energization and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain QA/QC plans and schedules.
