Qualifications

• High school diploma required; OSHA 30 certification required.
• Electrical license or equivalent certification preferred.
• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience, including field supervision and QA/QC responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities for data center projects and ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and client standards.
• Supervise QA/QC Foremen, inspectors, electricians, and field personnel; coordinate with Project Managers and engineers.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific electrical QA/QC plan; establish inspection and test plans.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, energization, and commissioning; ensure readiness for turnover.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, checklists, and turnover documentation; manage nonconformances and corrective actions.
