Job summary

Adams Electric Company seeks a Mission Critical QA/QC Superintendent to lead the electrical QA/QC program on large data-center projects. You will develop plans, supervise QA/QC staff, and ensure installations meet codes, specs, and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years of electrical construction experience, including field supervision and QA/QC responsibilities.
• Experience in mission-critical, hyperscale data centers or similar complex electrical construction is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical drawings, codes, manufacturer requirements, and testing procedures is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities across all data center buildings, systems, and phases.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and turnover documentation with project teams.
• Develop and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans and schedules.
• Identify quality concerns early and drive corrective actions with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, submittals, codes, and client standards.
