Job summary

SST Direct seeks an experienced Mission Critical Electrical Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control for large-scale data center construction projects. You will oversee QA/QC from preconstruction through project completion, coordinating with managers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure adherence to codes and client requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction QA/QC.
• 2–4 years of management or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction quality control, inspections, testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC efforts on mission-critical data center projects.
• Develop and implement project-specific electrical quality plans.
• Establish electrical work quality requirements in planning, procurement, and execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, field leaders, subcontractors, and engineers to maintain quality.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality meetings; track deficiencies and CAPAs.
• Review testing, inspection, and closeout documentation for electrical systems.
• Provide quality training and guidance to teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
