GDIT is seeking a highly skilled IT Support professional to provide 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments at Offutt AFB, NE. The role emphasizes proactive system maintenance, incident response, and security compliance in a mission-critical setting.

The candidate must hold Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI, ITIL v4, and 8140 certifications, plus 5+ years of relevant experience in technical support or IT operations.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in technical support, system maintenance, or IT operations
• US Citizenship Required: Yes
• Required Certifications: ITIL Foundations v4 Certificate or ability to obtain within 9 months
• 8140 Certification within 6 months of hire

Responsabilidades

• Installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting information systems, applications, servers, and peripheral hardware across mission-critical environments.
• Providing technical assistance for end-users and resolving issues related to system access, networking, applications, and workstation performance.
• Monitoring system performance and escalating complex problems to engineering or cybersecurity teams as needed.
• Maintaining Active Directory accounts, group policies, permissions, and system configurations per security standards.
• Documenting troubleshooting steps, repair actions, and operational procedures for consistent service delivery.
