Job summary

The role focuses on 24/7 IT services, network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments, and collaboration with cybersecurity and engineering teams. You will install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot mission-critical systems, provide end-user support, and document procedures to ensure reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in technical support, system maintenance, or IT operations.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, MS Office, system software, server software, and workstation troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge of Linux, networking fundamentals, routers, databases, and system security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot information systems, servers, and peripheral hardware across mission-critical environments.
• Support day-to-day IT operations including system repairs, software updates, patching, and hardware replacements.
• Provide technical assistance for end-users, resolving issues related to system access, networking, applications, and workstation performance.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and escalate complex problems to engineering or cybersecurity teams as needed.
