Qualifications

• Ability to hold a SECRET clearance with the US government.
• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of work experience OR 5 years of work experience with no degree.
• Comfort with high call volume — accurate documentation on live calls.
• Strong typing/data entry speed and accuracy on time‑sensitive information.
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment with clear stakeholder communication.
• Experience documenting processes and SOPs for data handling.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with teams.
• Must be local to El Paso, TX or willing to drive on-site 5 days a week.
• Rotating shift schedule; flexible hours including evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inbound/Outbound Call Handling: answer/place calls and capture information in real time.
• Investigative Support: collaborate to examine data from investigations and develop methods.
• Data Entry: enter data from hard/soft copies into processing systems with live entry.
• Quality Control & Reporting: develop work products, review progress, and report findings.
• Law Enforcement Support: interact with agencies via multiple channels under tight timelines.
