Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of work experience OR 5 years of work experience with no degree.
• Ability to hold a SECRET clearance.
• Comfort with high call volume and accurate documentation.
• Strong typing and live data entry on calls.
• Experience documenting processes and developing SOPs.
• Must be local to El Paso, TX or willing to drive on-site 5 days a week.
• Rotating shift schedule with flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inbound/Outbound Call Handling: Answer and place calls with law enforcement and stakeholders, capturing information in real time.
• Investigative Support: Collaborate with teams to examine data from investigations and develop methodologies.
• Data Entry: Enter data from hard and soft copies into large-scale systems, using OCR, scanners, and cameras.
• Quality Control & Reporting: Develop work products, perform progress reviews, and report findings.
• Law Enforcement Support: Interact with agencies through multiple channels, managing data under tight timelines.
