Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of work experience or 5 years of work experience without a degree.
• Experience using data analytics/visualization tools such as MS Excel or Power BI.
• Ability to communicate findings and updates to stakeholders clearly.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and trend recognition across multiple sources to identify patterns.
• Monitor data for accuracy, integrity, and relevance for investigations.
• Collaborate with teams to support criminal and civil investigations.
• Develop and report on work products with quality control.
• Perform data entry into large-scale processing systems using OCR/scanners.
• Provide critical law enforcement support and timely data management.
• Leverage MS Excel/Power BI to create charts, formulas, and dashboards.
• Rotating shift schedule; comfortable with evenings or weekends.
