Job summary

STV is seeking an on-site Safety Manager to lead safety planning and regulatory compliance for large-scale data center construction projects in Wisconsin. You will partner with project leadership, contractors, and client stakeholders to enforce EHS programs and promote a culture of safety excellence.

You will oversee incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions while delivering training and promoting hazard recognition and continuous improvement across all construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of construction safety experience on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, industry standards, and construction safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project's primary safety professional and technical advisor to management, field leadership, contractors, and client representatives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific safety plans and programs.
• Lead investigations of injuries, incidents, near misses, and environmental occurrences.
• Deliver training and toolbox talks; mentor supervisors and craft personnel.
• Monitor compliance with safety protocols and report safety metrics.
