Job summary

P&E Constructors is seeking a Project Safety Manager – Mission Critical for an on-site role in Wisconsin. You will lead safety efforts on complex industrial projects, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and client expectations.

Daily duties include audits, training, and risk control in collaboration with project teams. Ideal candidates hold a safety degree and CSP/CHST/ASP/SMP or similar certifications, with experience in data centers, power, or manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of Occupational Health and Industrial Safety for heavy industrial environments.
• Experience delivering Safety Training and implementing EHS programs on complex projects.
• Proficiency in Accident Investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and federal/state safety standards.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to influence safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety efforts on mission-critical construction projects to ensure policy compliance.
• Conduct site safety audits, inspections, and safety meetings.
• Develop corrective actions and preventive actions; monitor effectiveness.
• Maintain safety documentation, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
