Job summary

STV Incorporated in Mount Pleasant, WI, is seeking a Safety Manager to lead on-site safety for large-scale data center construction projects, ensuring a culture of safety excellence and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of construction safety experience on large commercial/industrial/data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards.
• Experience with incident investigations and corrective action management.
• Excellent communication and leadership across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety leadership and program management for large-scale construction projects.
• Monitor OSHA compliance, conduct site audits, and review safety plans and permits.
• Investigate injuries, incidents, near misses and develop corrective actions.
• Deliver safety orientation and training, toolbox talks, and campaigns.
• Oversee contractor safety, pre-task planning, and safety onboarding.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and environmental compliance.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and metrics for leadership.
