Job summary

Progressive Safety, an Examinetics company, seeks a Senior Safety Consultant to lead field safety on large data center builds in Milwaukee. You will drive safety programs, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with project leaders to ensure rigorous safety standards.

The role requires 3+ years in construction safety, OSHA 510/30, BCSP certifications preferred, and strong communication to influence field safety. Travel and overtime are common.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 510 + OSHA 30 required.
• BCSP Certification (CHST, ASP, CSP) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead jobsite safety efforts on active, large-scale construction projects.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Drive a proactive safety culture with field teams and leadership.
• Deliver toolbox talks, orientations, and training.
• Partner with superintendents, subcontractors, and project leaders.
