Job summary

Daksta is seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager to join our national team. The role involves managing complex Mission Critical projects from preconstruction through delivery, coordinating with owners, design teams, and subcontractors, and ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of data center construction experience, a degree in Construction Management or related field, and hands-on experience with Procore, Primavera P6, and MS

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience delivering Mission Critical / Data Center construction projects.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, cost management and project controls.
• Willingness to travel nationally for project assignments.
• Experience with early turnover requirements and Mission Critical commissioning.
• Familiarity with MOPs (Method of Procedure) and controlled execution of critical works.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with Procore, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of complex Mission Critical projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Collaborate with owners, design teams, subcontractors and internal leadership to maintain programme and budgets.
• Assist estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement and cost control.
• Manage project documentation, reporting and coordination meetings.
• Contribute to client presentations and maintain strong owner/client relationships.
• Support commissioning, early turnover and project close-out activities.
