Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, mission-critical data center projects for national clients. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across all phases of infrastructure delivery.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in design/construction project management, PMP certification within 12 months, and willingness to travel (domestic/international).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 7+ years of related experience managing design and/or construction projects.
• PMP (PMI) certification required (within 12 months).
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data center projects and/or programs for major U.S. clients.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines, constructors, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Manage project financial performance: forecasting, invoicing, earned value, and risk/opportunity identification.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and ensure quality standards.
• Resolve complex issues related to integration of BMS and EPMS systems.
• Implement project controls, quality management, and H&S requirements.
