Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager-Mission Critical to lead a large-scale data center project in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin.

You will oversee planning, construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout, coordinating contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets. You will drive progress in a schedule-driven, mission-critical environment, guiding multidisciplinary teams while ensuring safety and compliance with project requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Typically 10+ years of progressively responsible construction/project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all phases of project planning, construction, execution, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, design teams, and client stakeholders; manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, procurement, and risk.
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and client representatives.
• Maintain alignment of multiple disciplines and ensure adherence to contractual requirements.
