Job summary

STV is seeking a Senior Construction Manager in Mt. Pleasant, WI to lead the delivery of large-scale data center projects from preconstruction to turnover. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

This role requires a seasoned leader with experience in mission-critical environments and strong client collaboration. Based in Mt.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of construction management experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading construction management teams or large multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience with complex commercial/industrial or mission-critical projects, preferably data centers.
• Strong budgets, schedules, contractor performance, and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage construction management staff, providing direction and development opportunities.
• Provide overall leadership for planning, design coordination, construction, and delivery of mission-critical projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders; lead OAC and progress meetings.
• Champion safety and QA/QC; ensure site logistics and field execution are optimized and compliant.
