Job summary

STV is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager—Mission Critical to lead planning, construction, and delivery of a large-scale data center project in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. You will guide cross-functional teams through all project phases from kickoff to turnover, ensuring schedule integrity and budget control.

The role requires 10+ years in construction/PM, strong leadership, and experience managing complex, multi-discipline teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline or equivalent
• Typically 10+ years of progressively responsible construction/project management experience
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing contractors, consultants, engineers, and project personnel
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• PMP, CCM, PE, or other relevant professional certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all phases of project planning, construction, execution, commissioning, turnover, and closeout per project requirements and client expectations.
• Manage day-to-day project activities and provide leadership to project managers, construction managers, engineers, project controls professionals, contractors, consultants, and other project personnel.
• Establish project execution strategies, priorities, milestones, and performance expectations to support successful delivery.
• Coordinate complex construction activities within a schedule-driven mission-critical environment.
• Provide regular project updates and recommendations to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
