Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager focusing on Mission Critical Data Center projects within our Community Development Group. You will lead design and construction administration, coordinate civil site design, and manage client relations across North America.

The role demands a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, support proposals, and help develop new standards while delivering large, complex data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Planning, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to lead one or more teams through all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development projects from planning to construction.
• Coordinate with private developers, GCs, and architects.
• Manage project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule.
• Liaise with clients and sub-consultants to meet project needs.
• Review and coordinate documentation across site plans, grading, and utilities.
• Develop sketches and diagrams; support proposals and interviews.
