Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent - Mission Critical in Atlanta to lead on-site execution for complex facilities. You will enforce safety, manage the project schedule, and coordinate with subcontractors and the project team to meet client expectations.

The role requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years in commercial construction, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive results on critical projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with occupied spaces and fast-paced projects is a plus.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site safety and manage a safe jobsite.
• Maintain daily logs and manage punch lists through closeout.
• Collaborate with project manager to formulate schedule and ensure methods.
• Foster relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards and documentation.
