Job summary

HITT Contracting seeks a Commercial Construction Senior Superintendent for Mission Critical projects. You will lead on-site safety, quality, and coordination with the project team, subs, and owner representatives to deliver complex facilities on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of commercial construction experience, a four-year degree or equivalent, and proficiency with ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Office; OSHA 30 preferred.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree strongly preferred.
• 8-10 years' experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with a commercial general contractor.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• Ability to manage resources to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Understand and administer the safety program on site.
• Maintain quality standards across all project aspects.
• Lead on-site safety and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Maintain daily site logs and closeout documentation.
• Collaborate with the project manager on the schedule.
