Qualifications

• 6–15 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead preconstruction planning and site logistics to support safe, efficient delivery.
• Direct daily field operations, coordinate trade partners and manage manpower.
• Champion safety, QA/QC and adherence to project requirements before inspections.
• Maintain short-term schedules, monitor milestones and recover from delays.
• Lead project closeout, turnover documentation and owner training.
• Coach and develop field team members and trade partners.
