Clune Construction Company is recruiting a Superintendent for Mission Critical projects in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on leading field operations, coordinating trade partners and driving on-time project delivery with safety and quality at the forefront.

The candidate will develop phasing plans, manage site logistics and oversee turnover, punch list, and commissioning support, while mentoring field teams and maintaining strong client relations.

Qualifications

• 6–15 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.
• Bachelor of Science preferred in CM/Architecture/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support project pursuits and preconstruction planning with client presentations.
• Develop high-level construction schedules and sequencing strategies.
• Lead field operations, coordinate trade partners, manage manpower and schedule performance.
• Promote safety culture, lead safety meetings, enforce OSHA standards and QA/QC.
• Coordinate trade partners, monitor productivity, ensure materials, equipment and labor are ready.
• Lead project closeout: punch list, inspections, turnover documentation.
