Job summary

You will lead a team, manage risks, control costs, and support business development while mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Five years of leadership in electrical construction delivering complex projects on time.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with computers and MS Office.
• Ability to multi-task and perform well under tight timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and model best-in-class practices.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, resources and client satisfaction.
• Directly supervise staff and foster accountability and growth.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets and job cost reports.
• Review construction methods and ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, delays, and project risks with mitigations.
• Monitor actual vs. budgeted costs; approve invoices and support forecasting.
• Oversee procurement and resource coordination for projects.
• Communicate with clients, engineers and architects; ensure transparency.
• Manage project closeout, financial reconciliation, and contract compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation and process compliance; drive continuous improvement.
• Support business development, bids, and proposal activities as needed.
• Mentor project teams and foster collaborative learning.
