Ace Electric, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a Project Scheduler to support the development, maintenance, and coordination of schedules for mission critical and commercial construction projects.

You will align project sequencing, procurement activities, and field execution under senior scheduling staff, reporting to the Director of Mission Critical Operations. The role requires knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to communicate with project teams.

Formación

• Minimum 1-3 years of construction scheduling experience (electrical or mission critical preferred).
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project and CPM scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Develop baseline schedules with activity definition, sequencing, and duration input.
• Update schedules regularly based on field input and team feedback.
• Maintain logic ties to ensure proper sequencing and schedule integrity.
• Track procurement status and delivery dates.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules into the master schedule.
• Generate standard schedule reports and look-aheads.
