Job summary

Metric DCX in Kentucky is seeking a Project Manager for mission-critical construction projects. You will oversee projects from planning through completion, managing schedules, budgets, procurement, and client communication.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CM or Engineering, plus strong PM and estimating experience, reading plans, and leadership. Proficiency with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Project, and takeoff software is preferred. Travel to regional jobsites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong construction project management and estimating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, takeoff software, and related tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through completion.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, estimating, and change orders.
• Develop schedules, labor plans, and resource strategies.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, procurement, and document control.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and financial performance.
• Resolve constructability issues and project challenges.
• Conduct project meetings, site visits, and status reporting.
• Travel to regional jobsites as needed.
