Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking an experienced Project Manager for mission-critical data center construction, leading large-scale delivery from preconstruction through turnover. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage safety, schedule, budget, and quality to meet demanding performance criteria.

This role requires hands-on coordination with GC/subcontractors, strong MEP understanding, and proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Data center / mission-critical experience required.
• A mix of industrial, mission-critical and data center construction is also preferable
• Proven experience managing major construction projects as a Project Manager.
• General Contractor/Subcontractors experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of MEP systems and construction coordination.
• Experience managing major subcontractors and multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Experience with commissioning, turnover and early operational requirements.
• Experience with platforms such as Procore, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• As Project Manager, you will have significant responsibility for the delivery of large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
• You will lead project teams, manage commercial and technical risk, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
