Job summary

Metric DCX seeks a Project Manager to oversee mission-critical construction projects from planning to completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, estimating, procurement, subcontractors, field teams, documentation, safety, and client communications.

Responsibilities include leading meetings, coordinating RFIs and submittals, monitoring progress and financial performance, and resolving constructability issues. Occasional travel to regional jobsites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong project management and estimating experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Project and takeoff tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through completion.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, estimating and change orders.
• Develop schedules, labor plans, and resource strategies.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, procurement, and document control.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and financial performance.
• Resolve constructability issues and project challenges.
• Conduct meetings, site visits, and status reporting.
• Travel to regional jobsites as needed.
