Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead data center project delivery from preconstruction through turnover. You will manage large cross-functional teams, coordinate with owners, designers and trade partners, and drive safety, schedule and budget performance across high-profile facilities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Data center / mission-critical experience required.
• Procore, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office experience highly desirable.
• Experience managing major subcontractors and multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Understanding of MEP systems and construction coordination.
• Proven experience managing major construction projects as a Project Manager.
• General Contractor/Subcontractors experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Manage project teams, risk, safety, schedule and budget to high standards.
• Coordinate with owners, designers, consultants and trade partners to ensure quality.
• Ensure commissioning and turnover readiness for operational facilities.
• Travel to project sites as needed to support delivery.
