Job summary

Metric DCX is expanding its Mission Critical / Data Center division across Texas and Kansas, seeking experienced Project Managers with data center construction experience. You will support large-scale data center delivery, coordinating budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and change orders from preconstruction through turnover.

Ideal candidates will have Project Manager experience with a General Contractor, strong client and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex MEP

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects, preferably in data center or mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of MEP construction.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from preconstruction through delivery and turnover.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure scope and timelines.
• Manage involvement of subcontractors and vendors to hit milestones.
