Job summary

Clayco is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Leader to oversee on-site construction activities, supervise field teams, and manage subcontractors and vendors for large-scale projects. You will ensure compliance with design, specifications, and schedules while controlling costs and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 20–25 years of relevant experience with progressive responsibility.
• Experience with mission-critical Data Center or similar projects.
• Knowledge of high/low voltage systems and utility relocations.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to walk the job site and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct on-site construction activities and supervise field staff.
• Ensure work adheres to design, specs, schedule, and budget.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, cost, and reporting.
• Develop and enforce safety, environmental, and QA/QC plans.
• Coordinate with project management and client relations.
• Prepare and maintain daily field reports.
