Job summary

Clayco is seeking an experienced Construction Manager/Superintendent to lead on mission critical projects across North America. You will oversee on-site construction activities, manage client contractors, field engineering, cost, schedule, and reporting to ensure quality and safety.

The role requires coordinating with the project management team, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety programs and standards. Expect travel to various sites nationwide as needed.

Qualifications

• 20-25 years of relevant experience with progressive responsibility.
• Experience with mission critical project construction is preferred.
• OSHA 30 required.
• Ability to walk job site, climb ladders and multi-floor scaffolding.

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct on-site construction activities; primary contact for field activities.
• Ensure operations are on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, field engineering, contract administration, cost, schedule, procurement, and reports.
• Develop and implement project safety, environmental, and labor plans.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, related technical degree or relevant work experience in lieu of education
