HITT Contracting is seeking a Commercial Construction Assistant Superintendent - Mission Critical to support managing workflows, project scheduling, and safety program administration on essential projects. You will maintain daily site logs, coordinate with field staff and subcontractors, manage punch lists and closeout, and help ensure budget, quality, and safety objectives are met.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in commercial construction, a four-year degree preferred, and strong

• High school diploma required.
• Four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Project lead experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with project software and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate project schedule with project manager and ensure proper methods and sequence are followed.
• Maintain HITT quality standards across all aspects of the project.
• Foster strong relationships with subcontractors on the project.
• Document daily work orders and understand subcontractor scope to avoid change orders.
• Organize and manage the site team and arrange temporary facilities/utilities.
