Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Commercial Construction Assistant Superintendent to support scheduling, site operations, and safety programs on mission critical facilities.

You will coordinate with project staff and subcontractors to meet budget, quality, time, and safety objectives. Candidate should have 2–5 years of commercial construction experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with ProCore, BlueBeam, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred.
• 2–5 years' experience in commercial construction; project lead experience a plus.
• Experience with project management software including MS Office, ProCore, BlueBeam; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project manager in formulating project schedule and sequencing.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation of work orders and site conditions.
• Manage punch list and closeout through owner/architect acceptance.
• Ensure safety program compliance and coordinate with subcontractors.
