Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks an ADC Engineer to own and advance mission-critical services in our Amazon Dedicated Clouds. You will troubleshoot, monitor, and fix production software while deploying to air-gapped regions for government customers.

You must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or commensurate clearance and contribute to scalable, automated cloud infrastructure for high-assurance environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with at least one modern language (C++, C#, Java, Python, etc.).
• Experience tools for automation.
• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing production software issues
• Developing monitoring solutions
• Performing software maintenance and configuration
• Implementing the fix for internally developed code (Perl, Ruby, C/C++, JAVA, Python)
• Updating, tracking and resolving technical challenges
• Working alongside development on AWS projects
• Updating/enhancing our current software
• Automation of support processes and documentation of our systems
