• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, Shell, etc.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance mission critical services in Amazon Dedicated Clouds (ADC).
• Troubleshoot and operate to identify root causes, improve metrics, and automate processes.
• Define milestones and feedback mechanisms for project work; ensure high availability and rapid defect resolution.
