Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, a national equipment rental leader, seeks a Project Manager, Mega Projects to coordinate large projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress. You will ensure safety compliance and provide management support across sites while closing out projects thoroughly.

Able to manage multiple priorities, you will review equipment and manager reports and communicate with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• At least five years' equipment rental or related industry experience or equivalent experience managing large construction projects.
• Excellent knowledge of construction equipment required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and Wynne system.
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated success in developing relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Able to read instructions, numbers legibly in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure teammates and contractors adhere to site and Sunbelt Rentals' safety requirements.
• Provide assistance to management staff as needed.
• Manage communication between shareholders on each jobsite.
• Plan and coordinate scheduling and resource meetings.
• Review and analyze manager and equipment reports.
• Perform and document follow up calls.
• Review and analyze merchandise inventories.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
• Deliver complete project closeout documentation.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
