Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. (GDIT) seeks a Trainer II to deliver Army Mission Command training across Live, Virtual, Constructive, Gaming environments and related systems.

You will support unit training objectives by developing curricula, lectures, and computer-based training aids in collaboration with clients and user specs. This role requires strong presentation skills and SME-level knowledge.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Expert knowledge of training program delivery and methods.
• Demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute collective Mission Command training.
• Develop training materials such as curriculum, lectures, and computer-based training aids.
• Update training support packages (TSP) and maintain SME certification.
• Schedule facilities, services, and systems for planned events.
