Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Trainer II to support MTCCS II program at XVIII Airborne Corps MTCs. You will prepare and deliver Mission Command training, coordinate exercises, and work with leadership to address gaps in training resources and objectives.

The role requires 5+ years of military experience, a BA/BS, and current SECRET clearance. You will maintain training materials and assist in planning multi-area training events, including live, virtual, and constructive

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training or military experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant military experience.
• Security Clearance: Current SECRET required.
• Required Skills and Ability: Basic knowledge of the principals, methods, and techniques used in the monitoring of security systems. Demonstrated effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and delivers Mission Command training based on event / exercise plans.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes collective Mission Command training.
• Assists unit leadership in planning individual and collective training that will meet their training objectives; identifies gaps and works to fill them.
• Updates training support packages (TSP) and products.
• Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs.
• Supports Unit Commander’s Training Objectives by developing training methods and materials.
