Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a Trainer II for the Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support II program. You will deliver Mission Command training, coordinate exercises, and integrate live, virtual, constructive, and C2 capabilities to support Army readiness at XVIII Airborne Corps MTCs.

BA/BS and 5+ years of military experience required; SECRET clearance required. Normal work hours are 0730-1600 with potential night or weekend shifts; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education, training or military experience.
• 5+ years of relevant military experience.
• Current SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver Mission Command training based on event/ exercise plans.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute collective Mission Command training.
• Assist leadership in planning training to meet objectives and fill gaps.
• Update training packages and materials; maintain training repositories.
• Integrate live, virtual, constructive and C2 capabilities in training environments.
