Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• 5 years of relevant training experience.
• Expert knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs.
• Demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills.
• Interim Secret required to start; ability to obtain Secret.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Mission Command training.
• Develop training methods and materials such as curriculum, lectures, and computer-based training aids.
• Update training support packages and products.
• Maintain a repository of training TPPS/TTPS and related materials.
• Support unit leaders in meeting training objectives and identify gaps to be filled.
