Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of related experience in US Army staff operations.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment on mission-critical tasks.
• Secret clearance is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical proficiency with US Army MCIS systems and related tools.
• Prepare and deliver mission command training aligned with unit objectives and event plans.
• Develop Training Support Packages that integrate simulations with MCIS systems.
• Design training scenarios and coordinate equipment, classrooms, and ORT testing.
• Deliver training events at varying scales, and participate in lifecycle planning and AAR.
