Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Trainer II to support Army Mission Command training objectives at Fort Campbell MTC. You will develop curricula, lectures, and computer-based aids, coordinating with the Training Support Lead to meet event goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in Army staff operations, a Secret clearance, and ability to handle physical tasks. Training events vary in size and may include night or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires four (4) years' experience in US Army staff supporting military operations, or eight (8) years if no degree.
• Secret security clearance required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders to configure network/power cabling.
• Must be able to work varied shifts including nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develops training methods and materials based on client specifications.
• Prepares and delivers mission command training using MCIS and simulations.
• Designs training scenarios and Training Support Packages (TSP).
• Delivers training events of varying size and manages lifecycle of training events.
