Job summary

Axon is seeking a technically adept leader to own the full lifecycle of customer outcomes within strategic accounts. You will operate onsite, building, deploying and iterating AI-enabled tools and workflows, while coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure proven mission impact.

You will balance deep technical work with stakeholder engagement, driving adoption and defining success metrics across field deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles or similar.
• Former law enforcement or military experience preferred.
• Shipped working automations, agents, workflows, or AI-enabled tools onsite.
• Comfort across hardware, software, cloud and integrated systems.
• Excellent communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Owns outcomes in ambiguous, fast-changing environments; can navigate priorities.
• Able to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Discover agency problems onsite and translate into buildable, compliant solutions tied to mission outcomes.
• Design and ship tools on Axon's platform: AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, data pipelines.
• Configure and extend Axon products in the agency environment.
• Iterate in the field until adoption sticks and document reusable patterns.
• Apply CJIS, privacy, and security guardrails in every build; ship working software.
• Troubleshoot onsite and coordinate root-cause resolution with Product/Engineering/Support.
