Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a seasoned Program Quality Lead for Mission Systems Customer Quality to implement and tailor a Quality Assurance System across proposal and program lifecycles. You will lead a cross-functional Mission Assurance team and act as the voice of the customer to assure mission success.

The role requires U.S. citizenship with eligibility for DoD Top Secret/SAP/SAR clearances, on-site work in Massachusetts, and a strong background in quality management and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• University degree with 8+ years relevant experience.
• Advanced degree with 5+ years relevant experience.
• IS0 9001/AS9100 quality systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mission Assurance activities within program leadership.
• Collaborate with Supplier Quality, Hardware Quality and engineering.
• Identify, contain, and manage program risks across lifecycles.
• Mentor Mission Assurance teams and develop talent.
