Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; 5 years of software development/integration and mission assurance/quality experience, or advanced degree with fewer years.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software development processes including Agile; familiarity with Waterfall/Spiral.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or high-reliability industries preferred; active security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Execute MAQA responsibilities aligned with QMS and AS9100 Rev D compliance.
• Implement and maintain internal audit plans covering software, hardware, and system processes.
• Lead RCCA activities for nonconformances and audit findings; define corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
• Support PCAB, FRB, and related mission assurance boards to address issues and drive improvement.
• Manage nonconformances and escapes; ensure documentation and closure in tracking tool.
• Develop and report quality metrics; identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with systems engineering to plan verification, validation, and system sell-off.
