Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Program Quality Lead (PQL) to support the CLS TPY-2 program in Woburn, MA. The role focuses on driving a robust quality culture, coordinating with IPTs, and overseeing software and systems development and sustainment.

The incumbent will ensure quality and mission assurance requirements are met, develop quality metrics, and lead independent reviews. This onsite position requires active secret clearance and supports a broad suite of quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required for start date.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with product life cycle from design through sustainment.
• Experience using Root Cause Corrective Action containment and analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage on strategic and tactical levels focusing on quality, cost and schedule performance.
• Develop partnerships with program and production stakeholders, IPTs, and support functions to drive issue resolution.
• Develop and implement Mission Assurance plans that directly affect program execution.
• Initiate and perform root cause analysis, facilitate corrective actions, and implement closed-loop controls.
• Interpret command media in compliance with work performed.
