Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years QA/MA experience; or 9+ years in lieu of degree.
• AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports experience.
• RCCA techniques; Excel/Minitab/Tableau for analysis.

• Lead and develop a team of 8+ quality employees; conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee ISO 9001/AS9100 and defense-specific QA systems; manage audits.
• Define quality plans; perform root cause analysis; drive CAPA.
• Collaborate with supplier quality and global supply chain for corrective actions.
