Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of quality/mission assurance experience; master’s with 3+ years; associate with 7+ years; OR 9+ years in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor a team of 8+ quality employees.
• Own implementation and oversight of ISO9001/AS9100 procedures and audits.
• Define and monitor production quality plans, inspections, and test procedures.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering to ensure manufacturability and testability.
• Lead MRB adjudication and CAPA closures with internal/external stakeholders.
